Wow! It is hard to believe that summer 2014 is over. Thank you to all of the families who participated in Families Sharing Summer and gave your time, money, and prayers. Alvin, Jarquavious, and their friend Mike were all impacted by your love, generosity, and witness for Christ. It was a huge encouragement to them, to their families, and to us. Seeing the body of Christ come together to serve these young men was truly a blessing.
Please know that even though summer is over the ministry to these guys continues. If the Lord so leads you, stay engaged with them through this school year. Just a phone call or an occasional visit will mean the world to them. Most of all, keep them in your prayers. God is at work in their hearts. May he be pleased to complete the good work he's started in them!
